I got into SYL and Dev's work in about 2007. Now, after watching recordings of so much live performances, I've decided I must see him play live. At least once.

Yeah, I second the motion to come to Austin. I live downtown, so it would be awesome if Dev could make it here!

If he's ever going to come to FInland I selfishly hope it won't be until the year 2011. Because that's when I turn 18 so I will have a better chance of seeing him live.

That would clinch the deal for me. Last time I went to Download was purely cause SYL, Breed77, Skindred, SikTh and This is Menace were playing. I think I spent most of the weekend watching bands no one had heard of

But....Islington Academy would be much more convenient and cheaper for me.

SikTh, you absolute fiend! Curse my habits of getting into defunct bands.

It's rare I have the enthusiasm or energy to travel anywhere to see someone play, but for Dev I'd be more than willing. Think I could rope alone at least 1 other guy to come too, or my bro. But of course, it would be very very nice of him to play Glasgow :D

Can't wait to see you live, Dev. Saw SYL at Donington in 06, but it wasn't enough!

I have a question for you though...when you make it out on your, are you planning to play a set made up from the 4 new albums, or one covering more of your back catalogue? Either's good...I'd just spaff all over my own face if I got to see 'Stagnant' live.
