I think Rapidshare only allows so many downloads...correct me if im wrong. Cant you throw them up on hevydevy.com Dev?

Rapidshare has a 10 downloads limit (unless you've got a premium account I guess).

4shared, megaupload, sharebee...there's a lot of options.

I think that whatever site is used, the download will become viral in a matter of hours... the download could be up on hevydevy.com just for a little while (to allow the dl just a couple times) and then we could set up multiple mirrors on whatever file sharing site or method we use.

In sum, it's not a matter of best choice, it's a matter of info disemination.

Zip on megaupload since there's no wait between downloads, or torrent, yes. Essentially you can set up a torrent, people will have to seed, though. That's how most MMORPGs do it. I will seed, and it will be the only thing I ever seed.

I know I seem to be in the minority here, but I'm at a school that does not allow torrent use. As in, it's impossible. So any other option would be better for me, but we'll see how it turns out

Well if it gets up on a torrent from Dev I'd be pretty confident it'd be on rapidshare/megaupload, etc within an hour for people who don't use Torrents from other people on here or elsewhere...

BitTorrent's definitely the way to go.
