Yes, Devin working with Mike Patton or Trey Spruance would be incredible. John Zorn and Porcupine Tree would be great too. When it comes to Mike Patton though, I'd like to see Devin do something with Fantomas. I'd probably shit myself.

A few years back I was calling for Devin to collaborate with two other musicians. These were the only two that I actually felt would be able to create something spectacular with Devin. There are a ton of cool musicians it would be nice to hear him play with, but would it work? Take a look at IR8, for example. Looks good on paper, but it doesn't sound very good, does it??

Anyway, one of those artists was Arjen Anthony Lucassen! I never believed it would happen, but somehow the moons aligned and he allowed Devin creative freedom and look what the result was?? Devin vocal parts on The Human Equation are simply stunning! Imagine an entire album of that shit? It would be amazing!! Still, three songs is bettern than nothing!!

So, that leaves the second artist. Only one person mentioned him in this thread, the rest of you should be ashamed! =) Dan Fucking Swano!! He rivals Devin in talent and musical brilliance, this man is simply amazing at what he does! A collaboration album between these two would be fucking awesome!!

No other artist out there really seems like they would be a fit for Devin, but Arjen and Swano are guaranteed to be amazing!!

Most of the collaborations I'd like to see have already been mentioned, but I'd love to see what Dev could do with Dragonforce!!! \m/
