Vintage male voice?

Richard Cheese, maybe?

and about Labrie.... it'd be nice to see him outside Dream Theater, since that one's going down the dumpster hard... :P

but i don't think he'd fit that well on a record like the ones devin's been describing

Oh god no D: NOT the singer of Dream Theatre please.
I dont know why, but I can't stand his voice. It fills me with some immense rage. D:

Tom Jones however, would rock. The song they did with Stereophonics was pretty good. :D

Anyone know the band Powder? The guitarist Phil X has a pretty awesome voice on him, which I imagine would fit in with Addicted, actually. He's got his own band called The Drills. :D

I think Dev should just stick with a female vocalist, as you don't really need any other male vocalist when you have the Dev. It would be silly. Not saying that I'd mind if he somehow got the Åkerfeldt to join on Addicted, but it would be overkill in my opinion.

I'd love to hear Devin and Alice Cooper on a song.
Maybe that's just me though. .

I would have an orgasm if Devy resurrected Barry White and made him do vocals on Addicted.

His performance on Ayreon's "The Human Equation" is good though. I like him there because he's not trying hard to sound like (as biert so eloquently put it) a dying whale. Doubt he'd fit that well on a Devin album though so I agree with you.

Why not have Steve Vai sing? :P

Leonard Cohen reads from the Tibetan Book of the Dead on the Hummer track Consciousness Causes Collapse. So in a way, Dev has collaborated with him...

Maybe Kevin Moore? I dunno, maybe I'm just saying that because I love the way he sings and I can't stop listening to him? Whatev though, you all know that would be awesome. Hopefully... :)

Rody Walker would definitely be an amazing vocal duo, I'd love to hear a song with him and The Dev.

Daniel Gildenlow. Make him sing about sex. Sing about his penis. You need more songs about sex and penis.
