 TRUE!!

Maybe I'm getting a little Off Topic, but... I noticed that "Nobody's Here" is one of the favourites ever... Isn't a shame that Dev didn't ever play it live? Anyone knows why?

Sorry for the OT. If you want PM me the answer!!

You know how I said it would change from day to day? Well, here you go, today's best of from me:

1. Suicide
2. Random Analysis
3. Nobody's Here
4. Earth Day
5. Jupiter
6. Kingdom
7. Noisy Pink Bubbles
8. Colonial Boy
9. Regulator
10. Death of Music

Told you it'd change every day. I actually was thinking of what my list would be today and didn't even realize that it would be this much completely different than my list from last time I posted until I actually did the comparison.

Truth
Earth Day
Deep Peace
Canada
Deadhead
Life
Funeral
Bastard
Death Of Music
Nobody's Here

Because it would go together better than having random weird Physicist and Infinity songs thrown, I left them out except for Truth.

Disk 2...if there was one

Namaste
Suicide
Away
The Complex (criminally underrated!)
Fluke
Dynamics
Ants
Unity
Sunday Afternoon
Stagnant

Kingdom, Material, Greetings, Voices In The Fan, HIDE NOWHERE!, dammit who the hell could live with making the tracklisting of Dev's best of, they'd have nightmares....

I recently compiled a 2-CD chronological introduction-to-Dev sampler for a friend of mine:

CD 1:
SYL - Heavy as a really heavy thing: SYL / In the rainy season
Punky Brüster - Cooked on phonics: Fake Punk / Metal Dilemma
SYL - City: Velvet Kerokian / All hail the new flesh / Detox / Underneath the waves
SYL - No sleep...: Far beyond metal
Ocean Machine: Seventh wave / Life / Night / Voices in the fan
Infinity: Truth / Christeen / Bad Devil / Sit in the mountain / Unity

CD2:
Physicist: Namaste / Material / Kingdom
Terria: Earth day / The fluke / Nobody's here / Stagnant
SYL - SYL: Last minute / Relentless / Aftermath
DTB - Accelerated Evolution: Depth Charge / Storm / Deadhead / Slow me down

I'll post once more on this topic and after realizing what my list would be today I've come to the conclusion that if I were to make a best of Devin collection that it'd be at least 5 discs (since you can fit some more stuff on a disc for most of his solo stuff, and with that I'd do the Christeen EP, some of the Ass-Sordid stuff, and some of the Punky Bruster stuff too). That's all I can really say, most consistent musician of our time.

One of my favourite Dev song's is Nobody's Here. I said to Dev that we have to play that live one day, so you never know. It would be a killer song to do.... 8)

Next (in fact, FIRST) DTB tour down under would be a good place to debut that particular masterpiece.

HINT!!

I'd love to see Dev do Ocean Machines (off Ass-sordid Demos) live. It really is a powerful track with the most kick-arse riff! Magic

As for the original topic, I just think Planet Rain is the ideal way to finish a Dev best of album. Can't imagine a better closer, so for me it has to be there as does Bastard which is probably my favourite ever Dev track.

So Mr drum dude, is there an Oz tour planned?
