Actually, I could say exactly the same thing to you in every point you're making. Obviously you too only hear what you want to hear and so on...
You keep coming back to the statement that everyting alters your reality; books, music, TV... All of them are drugs - sort of. Fine, that's a valid point, although it's clearly designed to take the focus away from the kind of drugs this entire thread was about initially. (There are no posts here saying how great Terria is to listen to while watching TV...) And suddenly you yourself decide that there are indeed differences. Pot and heroin are different things, you say - and yeah, I agree. But even so, they're both drugs.
You have yet to explain why certain "drugs" (that, according to you, are comparable to reading a book or watching TV) are so important to you, that there seem to be no alternatives? Why they are so important to you, that you go through all this hassle, discussing it with someone as "biased" and "unwilling to listen" as myself?
And - although I think I mentioned this in an earlier post - for the record, I have tried a variety of different drugs myself. However, I soon discivered that whatever drug I tried, it didn't do shit for me and today it's a rare thing even to see me drunk. To put it shortly: I can't do anything on drugs, that I cannot do while sober.
So please don't call me biased. I have more experience in this field than you think...
P.S. I won't bother posting again in this thread. I've made my point, just as you have. I'd appreciate if you answered my questions, though. Other than that, I don't see a reason to continue this discussion. Instead of allowing ourselves to get too unfriendly, how about we agree to disagree and start discussing Devin and his music again? Peace?
