just got all the Devy albums i didnt have today and im loving Infinity so far

A Simple Lullaby has underwhelmed me so far, but I have a feeling it will grow in a big way, just like Tiny Tears did.

Let him off the hook? Am I being an asshole or something? It's a discussion. This board has some of the most sensitive people I've ever met on the net. If everyone isn't loving each other like a bunch of drunken hippies people start stressing. I was having a simple discussion, no hard feelings involved. Calm down, Das Schuetzemouth.

Eh... What constitutes great is gonna differ from person to person. Eyesore, chiablo may just be hard to please. In that case, liking half an album would be an accomplishment, no?

On the other hand... I felt the same way about Lemuria/Sirius B (Therion) as chiablo feels about Synchestra. I liked only about half of it but I still thought it was pretty good.

He can hate the album for all I care, I simply pointed out that his review is inconsistent. I'm not the one that came back with a response talking about saying it in simpler terms (a reference my comprehension skills or intelligence, no doubt). When someone says more than 50% of an album is filler, that is not a great album. Say you don't like it overall then, but 6 songs are awesome. Don't say you only like 6 songs, but still think the album is great. That makes no sense. That is all I was saying.

What if those 6 songs are so great they make up for the rest of the album? Or if they're filler but make good interludes? =]

I think that Triumph, Gaia and Pixillate are the best tracks that Devin ever created, along with Truth.

Synchestra is so awesome the more you listen to it. I can't wait to order my copy with the DVD.

Sharing files is wrong in my eyes. Since they're not mine to share. Also...that's how they get you and prosecute people.

I meant...like sharing my files over a network like soulseek or P2P...
The RIAA goes after people who do the sharing....not so much the people doing the downloading.

The more files you share, the more risk that you'll get a court summons in the mail one day.

Besides, I think Notes From Africa could be with those 3 awesome songs ! Devin was already a genius at Infinity time, this song is awesome... the beginning fall us on our ass !

ok i found the whole album!! i wish i didnt but i really need this!
i havent listened to the songs yet im waitting for it all to download so then i can put it on a cd and listen to it as a whole like devin said to do
and i feel so bad right now coz of devin sayin he dnt want us to download!
