Hey Tracy :)

So, i feel like a huge retard cause i just noticed the track Whookam on Vai's Fire Garden is a weird "remix" of Sex and Religion, and the vocals on the song which always sounded absolutely nothing like Steve's on the track are actually Devin
But one thing came to my mind: there are some clips on Whookam that i can't directly recognize from the Sex & Religion song. Do you know if those are outtakes or if they're actually somewhere in the original song?

thx :)

Hmm.. I remember listening to it, too.
It was something like

Holy Mary, mother of God!

actually i think the "Holy Mary, mother of God!" part is on a wall of sound on S&R :D

and i feel very very very stupid again
cause i just took a glance at the booklet after YEARS without looking at it, and Devin is actually credited on Whookam

Whookam totally rocks! I could listen to hours of that kind of stuff :D. But I never realised it was the S&R material that was used for it, I thought it was a backwards composition.

Vai's song "Love secrets" from Passion & Warfare is also backwards. Just btw.
