exchanging t-shirts

Hi Tracy,

I don't know if this is the right place, so feel free to set me straight, but...

My wife was way cool and ordered me two t-shirts from Hevy Devy. One is DTS Devin Townsend Band short sleeve t-shirt in Large and the other is SNCL Devin Townsend Synchestra short sleeve shirt in Large.

Here's the question: If they are too small, can I exchange them and how do we do that? Usually in t-shirts I get an XL and she forgot that. Can anything be done?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, please anything that is order-related and not relevant to the masses, please email me directly. And not PM, use email because I never remember to check the PMs.

Sure, you can exchange the shirts, as long as we have replacements in stock. Just send them back with a note as to what you want them exchanged for.

All depends on your postal system. Every country is different.

I wasn't sure what the email address was. Sorry. I appreciate you getting back to me. Thanks!

What was the reason for return? Only RTS if I made a mistake and you have the original packaging - new Canada Post policy has it that I now get charged full postage for all returned mail.
