Lyrically they're both a little cryptic that you would need to know the inside information to really understand. And I'm not going to say what that is, sorry

On one hand, I find it to be unsettling throughout, but there's also this sense of a kind of vigilant peace, especially near the end. In fact when I first heard the song, I assumed that it was about experiencing a storm, but when I think about it now, it's almost like we're watching for an inevitable storm that hasn't yet arrived, or maybe it's just visible on the horizon.
Great song, however you describe it.
