Just a suggestion really, i have NO idea of the logistics of putting it into practise, i'm SURE however they would sell like the hottest of cakes, i myself would most CERTAINLY buy one of each of dev's projects and i'm certain many other people on the board would to...

is it something you've ever considered?

would you do many variations (ie terria, infinity, ocean machine etc) or just do one style (like a DTB hoodie and no others)?

Many thanks

I could do that. The biggest problems are room and cost. How much would you be willing to pay for one? As it stands, we don't make anything off of hoodies just because the postage is so high on them. I don't know if someone would want to pay more than $50 for a zip up one. They would have to be embroidered rather than printed. You are the best judge, we could poll it.

Who wants zip hoodies?

I'd like a zip-up hoody, but it would depend on what was printed on it. I think I prefer them to regular hoodies.

Mind you, we're not allowed to wear hoodies in this country anymore.

To be honest in England $50 is slightly cheaper than what i expect to pay over here for a zip up. I think most are about £35 which is aboot $70, so i personally have no problem paying around about that area.

But i'm happy it's something you would consider

What kind of Jersey? Like a Hockey Jersey?

That could work, but man.. it'd have to be f**king evil. SYL style, new logo etc etc.

I'd like to see just a regular hoody (no zips) with the new album cover SYL symbol on the front in white and "Strapping Young Lad" on the sleeve. I'm not diggin' on the tribal alien looking one so much.

Anyway :) merch is merch.. I am sure most of us will buy regardless.

id love one, i have 3 zipper jackets, 1 with hood, 2 without. those are generally the things i wear the most.

but from what i know, most hoodies are really baggy, i prefer having small tight fitting ones.

$50US isnt so bad, but i probably wouldnt get it, because of the fact it might not fit properly. thats my only main concern with buying clothes online :(

I prefer Zip up Hoodies over the Regular Hoodies. They are less bulky. I'm sure they would be cheaper than the Regular hoodies also. I know here Zip up hoodies with nothing on them go for about 10 to 12 bucks, but having them Embroidered with Syl or anything Devin Townsend related would be something special. I'd gladly pay $45 to $50 dollars for one.

Ooo....a zip up hoody would be sweet.

Bearing in mind that the average merch hoody here in the UK would cost around the £35 (roughly US$61) mark PLUS postage on top, having them at US$52 including postage is a bargain.

I wouldn't object to a $10 bump.

I know i'd by one. Don't know about the price.. But I could understand it being on the more expensive side.
