When HDR get's it's copies of Synchestra for sale I'll buy a copy but you don't ship it to me.

Instead you get Dev, the DTB, the other members of SYL and whoever feels like chipping in (including yourself of course !) to sign it then stick it on eBay at a later point after bigging it up on the various sites.

Whatever money you make you donate to a charity of your own choice.

I'm doing this during next year with a few artists I'm fans of - just a way of giving back and all that worthy shit. Everybody wins, no losers.

As I say, let me know if the idea is a goer......

Fuck that's a good idea!!
Hats off to ya!

Well, I'm still kinda up for it but it seems it's maybe not the instant hit idea as I'd hoped. I know from comments in this thread alone that some on here would bid and there would be some from the SYL forum. Other's outside of the two inner sanctums would too, I'm sure. I'd easily bid over £30 ($45 US) to get the whole set of sigs on a great release and I never win things on eBay !

If, though, it's going to be seen by HDR as a distraction in a busy time then I'll bow to their better judgement but if, when the new year comes round, it's an idea with a second wind then I'm still up for it.

Maybe when the world goes Dev-mad in Jan/Feb it'll make more sense ?

That'd be nice if the world did go "Dev-mad" when Synchestra came out...damn, this record DESTROYS everything I own at this point and everybody I know that doesn't know who Dev is or has heard, but never heard his music will absolutely LOVE Synchestra.

Well, signed copies might make up for profit lost due to downloads. :-) (Just to stir the shit a little more.)

I'm down with the idea. I'll bid.
