Yep, it's great. When I asked if it would be possible to return a defective SYL DVD I bought at a show (I wasn't expecting a yes, but I figured it couldn't hurt), I got the new DVD within a few days along with a newsletter and thank-you note. It's a wonderful addition, really makes buying from HDR that much more appealing. Makes things feel more personal instead of just a mechanical routine.
