Ahoy! I was wondering if Dev(or anyone who knows) could help me out; I really dig the brass on the Ziltoid record and I was wondering what you/he used or if anyone could suggest something that sounds somewhat close to the real deal as a plug-in?

Hmmm. I don't recall any brass on Ziltoid. There's some vaguely symphonic sounding stuff on Solar Winds. My favorite sample library out there is Kirk Hunter Studios. I listened to a bunch of symphonic libraries out there, and Kirk Hunter won in terms of both realism and affordability. The brass sounds great!
