What songs is it?

I'm pretty sure this is a Devin Townshend song, for years I had thought it was on the Ocean Machine disc because it sounds similar, dramatic. It ends with the band stopping and him saying something to the effect of "Thats just entertainment folks" or something like that, at the end.
I'd really like to know what song it is from what album.

I thinks it's Earth Day from the album Terria. It stops for a second in the middle of that song when Dev sings "...and the music? Well, it's just entertainment folks!".
