I've always seen it as a couple simple brush strokes without any particular symbolism, or (don't ask me why) a stylized feather. Though I suppose a 't' makes more sense.

well the acctual cover of it, the logo kind of recedes and blends into the clouds. maybe its some sort of metaphor that i have far too little brain power to come up with

but if you look, its very similar to the T in the DTB logo, but upside down, so i reckon its that
