My numerous musical projects.
Posted: Thu Dec 29, 2005 7:44 pmI've been a busy boy. For those who want to widdle away a few minutes, here's some descriptions and stuff, also to explain my signituare
Xenophane: This is a musical project I started with my best friend just to keep the creative fires going (we've been in bands for four years and we ain't stopping now). We began as a straight up serious metal band but kind of fell away into cross-genre ballads and horror movie satires..song titles like "Instant Frankenstein" and "Ode to Devine" (Devine = Ava Devine, one fucked up porn star). The music can be anything from country to grunge to pop punk to death metal.
Pinball Fortress: Basically an avenue for weirdness, I use vocal effects on this and it sounds a little bit like Devy metal, very layered, very intense. Although i've not had much time with it, I enjoy it.
Flayed Concept: A hXc band. I don't own any hXc albums and i'm only in it because I'm the most confident person in the group and don't need alcohol to be that way!! Lots of breakdowns etc.
And finally..
Scoir: My own ambient works, this is for unpoetic ramblings and shit. I just spill my mind over cosmic sounds of whipcracks and wormholes of clocks chiming, turned into hissing noises.
