Sooooo, how often do you face that strange feeling?
How does it affect you?
Or, is there sth (<- a tribute to mistress2metal there ;) like deja vu at all?

ps. BONUS QUESTION: do you know what vuja de is? :)

i think the question is wrong.

it's indisputable that de ja vu "exists" if that is the right word, but it's more a question of why you get it than how.

de ja vu is simply the result of the memory remembering things which at the time you see as completely insignificant and don't register, yet when something similar happens, it triggers that memory, but as you didn't consciously memorise it, it seems almost otherwordly, when it's actually just subliminal.

I've had situations where I've dreamed of a certain place or a certain object, then later have gone to somewhere I've never been before and had strong feelings of Deja Vu. Cosmic miracles...or just coincidence?

It's usually not the next day. Sometimes it happens in a short period of time, sometime it takes years. Sometimes nothing happens at all. Usually it's nothing very interesting or of note. I wish I could say I have dreams of fire streaming from the sky, the earth sundering apart to swallow the ocean and the stars collapsing in unison...but I don't. That would be a kick ass dream.

It happens to me a lot and a lot of the time I can guess what the person is going to say next and it freaks them out. And sometiimes its even stuff that I dream that later becomes reality. I think I should start my own hotline, for $2.99 a minute I will bullshit you into giving me money.
