This is a near impossible task, every time I try and do this I end up listing countless riffs, so I'm going to cop out and say everything that Dimebag ever did. Everytime I listen to pantera, I am shocked once again at how just about every riff is an absolute classic!! Of course, there are individual riffs that I love more, but there will never be anyone better IMO!

Off the top of my head:
Backbone - Gojira
(maybe not classic yet, but it blows me away every time I hear the main section of that song...)

At 1.16 when it comes with a little echo? Perfection.
My two other favourite Devin riffs are the opening riff in Earth day and Deadhead.
To Monga.
Isn't it pretty frustrating when a good riff needs only three different notes (very close to each other btw) and a simple rhytm and yet, most of musicians won't come up with one?

It will be, my friend, it will be!
I'm loving From Mars To Sirius right now. What a great album. You're one lucky fella to be seeing them live.
