Hi,

my girlfriend likes Devin, but most of his albums are "too much" for her to listen to them more frequently. So i made some type of "easy listening"-sampler for her. What do you think about the tracklist? Any other suggestions?

01. Let it Roll
02. Shine
03. Life
04. Fake Punk
05. Suicide
06. Traveller
07. Material
08. Jupiter
09. Loser (Ayreon)
10. Love?
11. Wild Colonial Boy
12. Om
13. Planet Rain
14. Noisy Pink Bubbles
15. Polyphony
16. The New Black
17. Stagnant

I would add "Sit in the Mountain".

I guess you want to put some SYL as well (i see Shine and Love?), maybe put "Spirituality" and "Japan".

It's going to be "too much" for a single CD though

Deep Peace

Make sure you put Happy Camper right in the middle of it...

Thanks for your opinions so far. I thought about most of the mentioned songs (except Shitstorm ;-)). I think some decisions are mostly a matter of taste (for example Jupiter<->Kingdom or Traveller<->Slow Me Down). Maybe i should have included Deep Peace instead of Om or something.

My tracklist now is 80:02 long, fits perfectly on a CD... :-)

I´m aware that Shine falls a bit apart, but i liked the idea of showing two extremes at the beginning. The change from Let It Roll to Shine is quite nice, i think...

I'd say that the whole Terria CD from Deep peace, to Tiny Tears should fit in. I see you already have Stagnant.

what about things beyond things? that should impress her. (but warn her about the ending beforehand :D). I think Voices in the fan is a good choice, too. and don't forget Triumph and Mental Tan.
