My mum's going to Toronto soon and wants know what I want bringing back from the hockey hall of fame...DVD's can be a bit hard to get hold of here (as canadian shipping rates are so crazy!) so I thougt I'll probably ask for a couple. Anyone got any recommendations?

Keep in mind that North-American DVDs are in NTSC format, where in Europe PAL is used. Make sure your DVD player can handle NTSC.
Apart from that I'm afraid I can't help.

Any of Don Cherry's Rock'em Sock'em videos would be great. It's a whole lotta goals, hits, saves, bloopers, etc. Great stuff...plus more of Cherry's classic commentary...

Haha, yeah. Get the early Rock'em Sock'em DVDs/videos. I don't think there are very many great hockey DVDs out there other than those, and possibly the one that documents the Canada/Soviet 1972 summit series (with the most or 2nd-most famous goal in Canadian hockey history, depending on who you ask).
Of course, if you like fiction and if for some reason these aren't avalible in England, you could get 'Mystery, Alaska', Miracle, The Mighty Ducks (1-3), Slapshot (1-2)....
