Carola from Sweden looks like ABBA's Frida.
ABBA = best pop band ever -> Carola = winner in 2006 (again)

As far as the "german" contribution is concerned: what a (deliberate) joke.

I'd LOVE to see Rammstein write and perform a half-ballad (à la "Seemann") for the Eurovision!
