Talk about whatever you want to here, but stay correct

Have you noticed that people have started using the words "actual" or "actually" more than they need to? I've started doing it myself and it bothers me. I just find it a stupid turn of phrase although it has become so integrated that I barely notice anymore.

Maybe I can actually get used to it.

In what context do people use the word 'actual' a lot? I don't think I've noticed it at all.

I have a slightly different problem. I tend to repeat words in two sentences in a row. When I'm rephrasing one thought, it's that one word that fits perfectly into both sentences. I always read what I write so usually I find that repetition so annoying I rephrase both sentences.

 Actually ... I did it again. Rephrasing/rephrase ... motherfucker

I noticed another thing of my posts. I tend to start every sentence with word I. I have same problem with swedish.

Example:
"You are an actual bastard, I actually cannot stand you"

Edit: Not meant in any offending way :D

I understand where you are coming from with this Sir Pisshead.

I have a friend who at one point decided that he was saying 'you know' (more 'yu know' in the Scots dialect-ish) too often and that we were to slap him every time he did.

You know, if you are trying to, you know, describe something that is like, you know, totally and in actual fact a very vague, you know, thing and you are getting, you know, lost in your, you know....words.

Actually, does that make sense?

Actually, I think words are rubbish. From now on let us communicate using pictures:
