In Italy:

4.996 € a gallon which is about 6,257 $ a gallon.

That really SUCKS.

In France:
(after the conversion)

1 Gallon = 5.11 € = 6.40 US dollars

About $2.80 around my area

I paid $1.30 a litre today (Australian). That's bloody rediculous!

Now would someone begin creating some alternative energy sources. I bet if the government/economy wasn't so dependent on oil we'd have a shitload of alternative energy sources by now.
