very cool vid wondering if anyone else saw it if not go to youtube andwas wondering if anyone can recommned me somoe of her stuff to start off with?

I am highly respecting Nina as a singer but never liked her music much (some sort of crazy esoteric german punk). She did a song with Oomph! ("Fieber") which was okay, my favourite from her are "Du hast den Farbfilm vergessen" and "VoPo", but mainly because they have funny (german) lyrics... You may check that out, though. I´m sure she has made more good songs, but i´m really not an expert.

I own the Apocalyptica CD/DVD with that video. It's almost better than the Rammstein original.

I'm not a Nina Hagen expert either, but if anything, you actually have to SEE her while performing. A couple of months ago I've seen a Nina Hagen concert on TV ("Rockpalast"), and her great voice coupled with her odd onstage (and offstage) persona makes her a pretty unique artist. Those facial expressions alone...

She's actually a little bit like The Dev (not musically), only much crazier...

I have some vids of her old shows as Nina Hagen Band and she's fucking awesome. You can't take your eyes off her the whole time. And man, her voice! Two good songs from the early days are 'Unbeschreibich Weiblich' and 'Naturtrane'. The latter is more awesome vocally.

She's actually quite a nice person too.

She is awesome i first checked her out after she worked with kmfdm, very curious lady.
