After reading Fragilitys thread it made me think about this. What do you look for in a partner?

For me

A cool girl with

-A Sense of Humour

-Chilled out Personality

-Open Mind

-Good looks(not manditory but it helps )

-Preferably into cool music

that i like them

My bf truly is my ideal man...so I'll just list his best qualities, cos I don't look for anything in anyone else

- Makes me laugh
- The most selfless person I know
- Honest
- A really "good" (ie moral) person
- Laid back
- Great music taste
- I've never met anyone else who is so unconcerned with being "cool", which I really respect
- Completely trusting and trustworthy
- Soooooo fine!

I love my wife to death, yet we are VERY DIFFERENT.

We are both musicians; she is a classical Pianist, I am a (dirty) rock guy.
She is nervous, motivated and detail oriented. I however, am calm (usually), level headed and inexorably lazy-screw the details.

I never really thought I would marry someone like that and I still cant understand what the hell a pretty, intelligent girl is doing with the likes of me . My point is, I think opposites attract, and it is a good thing because together, you two become the perfect person.

I got a pretty cool g/f we have been together for a bit more then a year now but i used to be a really bad person and the coolest thing about her is i had forgoten the first half of our relationship and she is understanding of it like she is mad as hell but she let it slide cause im not on crazy drugs anymore.Plus my friends says she is me without a wiener so thats nice to have someone thats like my other half,cause i know if i lost her now i would be nothing and incomplete

Mostly chilled out, but knows how to party

Did I mention loving yet? (I'm a bit of a teddy bear type, so it's important)
