Hi's:
Watching my son play football, and my daughter cheerlead.
Taking the kids to Disneyworld. (Disney is a moneypit, but the kid's smiles were well worth ALL the crap that happened along the way.)
Hearing so much good music
Low's:
Realizing that love CAN'T solve everything
Being stuck in a shelter in Biloxi, MS during hurricane Katrina. Not because I wanted to, but because I was ordered to. Note to others: Do NOT join the military, unless it's something you REALLY want to do.

all the cool shows I've seen
my summer holiday with my girlfriend
all the music i've made
finishing my atheneum (what's the english equivalent?)

errrr......i guess the worst thing that happened was missing half of Einstürzende Neubauten's performance in Brussels because I missed the first train to brussels and a suicidal loony jumped in front of the second one, resulting in several hours of delay. Great concert though.
