Posted: Mon Dec 12, 2005 12:54 pmi downloaded an old 1985 PBS science show off the net and about 11 minutes into the show the presenter quotes the exact same part of the poem as on the song, the only difference is that one line is cropped on the song "They melt like mist, the solid lands".
it must be the same guy, even with the effects, he sounds exactly the same, and the timing and inflection are identical.

The stillness of the central sea.
The hills are shadows, and they flow
From form to form, and nothing stands;
They melt like mist, the solid lands,
Like clouds they shape themselves and go.
