Hey guys, I think this one is a question for the older folks, but I am looking for a CD by a band that I cannot for the life of me recall. I can describe the cover of the CD for you, though. The cover featured a cyborg-(think Robocop)-like thing holding a flame in one hand and a baby in the other. Does anyone know what CD this is?? This would be from the early 90's, or maybe even the late 80's, I can't remember.
This is driving me insane. Hehehe. If anyone knows what CD this is, please let me know.

What kind of music was it?
Sorry, I'm asking as if I'll be able to help you on your quest, but I don't think I'll be much use.

Metal of some sort. Hehehe...it's been so long, sorry. A minimum of FIVE free kick ass metal CDs (any genre and my choice) to the person who can answer this for me!!

Come on we need more clues sounds kinda like a thrash record, maybe nuclear assault? Actually no it won't be them. In the same note if somebody could get me the Seelenkrank record that would be great.

Man, I wish I could. This CD came out when I was still into 80's rock and a little hardcore and punk. I didn't really get into metal until like 1992. All I can remember is that it was a metal CD, and that I at one time drew the cover! Hehehe...I'm going to go home tonight and see if I can find that drawing. That would help. Honestly, though, I can only give a visual description! Hehehe.
I want to say the word "Almighty" was in the band name or album name. I could be wrong, though.

Iron maiden is too obvious. The only cover that comes close but doesn't have a baby is "somewhere in time".

No, it's definitely not Iron Maiden. Back in the day, there was an ad for this CD in one of the metal magazines, that's where I first saw it. This is really driving me mad!

This is driving me nuts ... could you give us some clues as to what sort of music you were into at that time .. bands .. this might help us figure out the genre to make it easier ... though I don't think easy applies in this instance ...

Is it this you're thinking of? Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son era Maiden?
It has all the stuff that you're looking for, apart from the fact that it's not a cyborg, but it's got sparks in the eyes and a baby and fire.
Winner!
