I've read what they've planed for it and here's why it's gonna be bad and not watched!

1.) The lone marine is replaced by a SWAT Team????
2.) The Demons are replaced by Parasite-Infected Humans (Can we see Resident Evil here?)
3.) Everything else about it that makes it NOT FRICKING DOOM!!!

If they want a Doom Movie, why not take the plot of Doom3 and make THAT into a movie???

Well that sounds about right, just sell the title........ Add it to the pile of other crappy video games made movies pile.......

I only played Doom 1 in the past because my PC would basically explode if I´d try to play any other Doom on it I guess. But why the hell make a movie based on a video game when it has nothing to do with it?

Not nearly as many good movies come out now as they did in the 90s. The 90s was actually a pretty good era for movies but now with the money they can make from movies, they dumb it all down by sticking to formulas... no more creative process, just processed crap.

I´ve been in cinema only twice this year because there was pretty much only crap in cinemas all the time. I used to do that a lot more often.

It better be disgusting and not made for children. They should make a game of Nightmare Creatures 2. That game is the best ever.

But why the hell make a movie based on a video game when it has nothing to do with it?

Because they don't care about the finished product, just the money they get for selling it. Why don't we just abolish money and be done with it? It has almost never done anything good we couldn't manage without it! Without money, how many bank robberies would there be? How many homeless poor people would there be? How many lousy mallcore pop artists would there be?

The idea smells like something in your room which you can never find, but keep getting small whiffs of every few days.

I detested the He-man film after being a huge fan of the original cartoons.
So so disappointed I was!!!

Now I am the proud owner of the He-man cartoons on DVD and the transformation scene "I HAAAAAVE THE POWERRRRRRRRRR!!!" still gets my blood pumping, even though I'm 26

haha...hell yeah, Dolph Lundwhateverhisnameis sucked shit in that movie. And the whole movie sucked crap too. I was really disappointed as well. And I agree that someone has to make a movie (a good one) based on Nightmare Creatures 1 or 2. Maybe the same dude that made Bram Stoker´s Dracula, that would rule. And if there´s really gonna be a Silent Hill movie then I hope that one will be good too. Another example that fits to the Doom movie category is Final Fantasy. Now WHAT THE HELL did that animated movie have to do with the games???? It sure was well done but it sure didn´t deserve the name Final Fantasy.

Oh and I´d love to see a movie based on Parasite Eve...that game ruled too.
