Let's see
Hide Nowhere is a surreal song that it helps me drift away where ever my thoughts take me

Down and Under that song just uplifts my spirit when ever where ever it is the perfect song to me.

That Great gig in the Sky is just to powerfull to not even listen to it. The way that lady just throws out the vocal harmonies with the music man.... now that is a song from God

Us and Them is a song that eases my soul when I listen to the lyrics and the song puts me in a state of nirvana

I love a lot of the music that is out but these songs are songs that I cannot get out of my head like right now i constantly hear Hypergeek in my head and that is a wonderful thing it helps me draw my pictures when I hear that stuff in my head.

For me (these are just the ones that spring to mind right now. More will probably float in later on):

Pelican - Pretty much anything this band has ever released is a beautiful piece of work in my opinion.
Procrastination Over Order - Venus Blue
Opeth - Patterns in the Ivy II
Johnny Cash - Hurt (NIN Cover)
Alice in Chains - Down in a Hole

Goes to the doctor to apply cream.

Rubs peanut butter on it and gets the dog to lick it off.

I don't have a dog :(

Every boy should have a dog. Anyway, you could easily get a hold of a neigbour's dog, or find a mangy stray to do the job for you. Just make sure it doesn't have any obvious symptoms of disease or distemper. Could end up nasty.

What the FUCK am I talking about?

I know, man! What was I smoking? I should have said every boy AND GIRL needs a dog.

The rest seems perfectly reasonable.
