incredibly exciting hockey game. A real nail biter! That was probably the most exciting thing I've seen over the past 2 weeks and I've watched most events of these olympics.
It was a pretty damn fitting finale to what has been a bloody brilliant few weeks. Lots of twists and turns and shocks and surprises. Thoroughly enjoyed following the whole thing this year.
Shame about the Russians being so bitter about their performance that Putin and Medvedev wouldn't show up even though 2014 is on in Sochi.

It's kind of disappointing that the US team beat Canada earlier by 2 goals and ended up losing. I guess Canada just really stepped their game up.
