Yeah, its pretty weird. I think someone originally bought the franchise rights to open here, and called it Hungry Jack's. One really odd thing was at Melbourne Airport we had a Burger King (obviously for the overseas folk) and a Hungry Jack's right around the corner from one another.

There weren't many Burger King's originally in existence, but they started to grow in number over the last few years...and THEN got bought out/taken over by the "Hungry Jack's" name!

I would have thought the reverse would happen, but hey, that's life in the Land Of The Backward Toilet Flush!

Actually..i tell a lie. Your chips are better..they have a special 'coating' on them according to the box....and also..your ketchup has vinegar in it..took a while to get used to..but it is significantly different in taste..i miss UK BK...
