Hey, here in Norway we have something called "smalahove", it's a half a sheep/lamb head which has been cooked and you can eat the flesh on the cheek, the eye, the tongue and so on. It is so incredibly fucking good, I kid you not.
And it's easy to cook too

I don't think I could ever eat the head of an animal.
