Only, you're now experiencing the worst attack in over 15 years. So it does. I guess your friend doesn't have asthma?

Some bedtime reading - http://www.emedicine.com/med/topic177.htm

To paraphrase Jimmy Carr - "Laughter is the best medicine. Unless you've got asthma, in which case it's your inhaler."

Hope you're feeling better soon.

I do. Seems to be mostly allergy related though.

When I was a kid, the doctors thought I had it, I had to breath this something from the little thingie for two weeks, then they finally realized that I never had it. Stupid doctors! :)

Not asthma, but I did have pretty much every other problem when I was a kid (ADD, horrible allergies, always had a broken bone somewhere, etc.)

I have mild asthma, don't need the respirator.

Respirators are bad. They only attack the symptoms or asthma, not what causes it. I read that in the newspaper today.

I don't care for respirators, but I am grateful inhalers exist. I used to have bad asthma when I was a kid. I guess it has genetic reasons, my grandfather had it, too. Nowadays I only have asthma attacks when I catch a cold or during periods of heavy pollen activity. Actually, right now. It's good to see that our human species tries to get rid of plants as fast as possible. No more allergic reactions. :o
