There are some really good songs on the univesal migrator part 1.
Dragon on the sea, the temple of the cat (the girl who sings has a really nice voice), the first man on earth.
And overall I like the mood of this album, quite, soothing.

Part 2 is quite cheesy :p But I like the atmosphere too, it really goes along well with the stories about space travel and blah.

It's even worse. At least the lyrics from Human Equation are about a down-to-earth subject, instead of aliens landing on planet earth, or people trying to find a non-existing castle made of mirrors

I have to say I don't like the lyrics of the Human Equation. They aim too high, and they don't fit the music. I like the old lyrics about aliens and electric castles and whatnots better - they're cheesy, they're camp, but they fit the music, and they don't try (and fail) to pretend to have any literary value.

Ayreon is fun music IMO. He shouldn't try to be too serious with his lyrical topics...

human equation wasn't metal, it was just a bunch of songs with guitar and drums and panpipes. Anything with pan pipes is not metal, and please don't write "prog" it sounds shit. It's the first album that I've heard that has tried to copy in a sense the vibe of "War of the Worlds" by Jeff Wayne. War of the worlds is far superior in every way, and pretty much one of the best records ever made. I'm sure anyone who's heard it from beginning to end will agree with me.
Oh, thanks to the person who polled in saying that god's penis loves me.

The correct answer however was that the poll was a trick question, te real answer is that 'god's penis HATES me,' because penis' are full of hate, especially holy penis', and god's penis is the most holy penis.

I don't think the Human Equation is metal. There is too many different styles on there, prog being only one.
