Just finished mine, yummy!

they are just pancakes here, lol...they are thinner than american (and I believe canadian) pancakes...but not as thin as a french crepe..and the pancakes themselves are not sweet...

The last tuesday of February is known in Sweden as Fettisdag (aprox. "fat tuesday").
We celebrate this by eating cream buns, or "semlor".
