I'd like to publically sing the praises of HDR (Tracy in particular) for the excellent way they treat their customers (although I don't think customer is really the right word). There was a minor mix-up with my Synchestra order and I'd just like to thank Tracy for dealing with the issue as quickly as she has.

If you're new to the Dev and you're ever contemplating buying something Devy-related, but you're not sure about buying stuff online, I'd say definitely buy direct from the source. It can't be beat.

yes!everytime i get something from HDR in the mail it's ALWAYS a good day!..even if i had a shitty day it turns my day from bad to good!

I was going to post something like this myself! Sunday I posted a question about the Ocean Machine hoodies in ask tracy, it was promptly answered and I had ordered mine late monday night. Only a few days later and it's here already! The hoodie came quick and it is simply an awesome hoodie.

I've ordered many things off of this site, and everything's gone perfectly, I absolutely love it. I've bought a Terria hoodie, Ocean Machine hat (for our cold winters), a Synchestra t-shirt, an Accelerated Evolution t-shirt, both Ass-Sordid Demo CDs, Zimmer's Hole - Legion of Flames, Synchestra, Devlab, Live Bootleg CD, and I think that's it, but I could be missing one or two things.
