Barker's slaughtering Pinhead in his next book "The Scarlet Gospels". I know that won't end any of the "suffering" but at least we can stop watching the movie's knowing that Clive has finally said NO MORE in his own way.

Campbell and Raimi are letting some other team remake the Evil Dead, and are both on as producers. Raimi is not directing.

It's a little redundant, but an interesting idea, letting someone remake your movie, ahah, even though you've already done that yourself.

It's not a betrayal, chances are, since it's being made by Evil Dead fans and has Campbell and Raimi's approval, it won't be too bad.

Ashton Kutcher is rumoured to play Ash.
